Collection: A medina full of culture

In the heart of Fez, you'll find several tanneries - big and small - that have made this city world-famous. Each one shares the same purpose: to craft leather, pass on culture and keep centuries-old traditions alive.

We visited a few, but it was this small tannery that truly showed me the rhythm of Moroccan craftsmanship.

We stayed a while, quietly observing. There was so much happening and it was beautiful to experience a piece of the culture in this way.

It wasn’t just about making leather, it was about craftsmanship. About understanding the process and the people who still practice it every day.
