PRODUCTION
All prints are made-to-order in collaboration with a global printing partner. Located in different countries, the print you chose will always be produced close to your doorstep, preventing unnecassary impact.
TRANSPORT
Most orders will be made and delivered within 5 business days. The delivery costs are €4.95 per order.

RETURN POLICY
All products sold on this website are made-to-order and printed on demand, based on the customer’s selected specifications. Each item is therefore customized and produced individually for you.
As a result, we do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer regulations, which allow exceptions to the right of withdrawal for made-to-order items.
Only if an order is damaged on arrival, you can send us an e-mail on hester@sunsidestories.com and we'll be in touch shortly to sort it out.
