My travel photography journey - why I'm starting now

Today I opened an email account that I made 4 years ago. In the sent folder, I found a “business plan” that I made for myself. 

I started smiling.

I can’t believe that I’ve been wanting to do this for 4 years now and I finally started taking action.

For the last few years, travel and photography have been my two greatest passions. I've dreamt of combining these passions in a way that would allow me to share my perspective of the world and travel with others. 

I’m so so so excited to tell you about the launch of my storytelling travel photography print shop SUNSIDE STORIES, where I can offer high-quality prints that capture my travel experiences, allowing you to bring a piece of the world into your home or office.

4 years ago, I had no clue about business. That “plan” that I made, was just a 3 step guide on what I should do to start making money with my photography. 

But that was the thing.

I knew the steps, but when it came to actually navigating through them, I was clueless. I had to do so much more than just these 3 easy steps, but I never knew how. 

So I let it go. Kind of.

The idea always stayed in my mind and I knew I wanted to make this work.

Over the last year I’ve worked in marketing and sales which brought me a lot of knowledge. It was exactly what I needed to feel confident and start again, but this time with a real business plan. 

I am so excited to see it come to life and will share more about my journey and work through blog posts like this.
