How I made a big shift in my Travel Photography Work through Storytelling
Share
I have always loved traveling and capturing the places I go to with my camera. The idea of being a travel photographer has been in my head for a few years now.
But I never thought my travel pictures had anything special, just like the other ones I saw on the internet. They were all kind of the same.
So I started thinking, what makes a travel photograph unique?
It’s not the same hotspot from the same angle all the time.
What makes something unique, is always the story that you try to tell with it.
In every photo I take, I try to capture the emotions, culture and beauty I experience in a new destination. My storytelling travel photography focuses on the unique experiences behind each journey and place.
And that’s where the magic comes to life.
When I started focussing on this in my photography, I started enjoying it way more. I knew I had something unique to offer and to show to the world and got more confident in actually doing that.
By offering my photography as prints, I can invite you to experience these stories in your own space. Every print is carefully selected, ensuring that it brings more than just beauty to your walls - it brings a sense of adventure and connection to the world beyond.
